Richard Hozik – With over 30 years of financial and operations experience, Richard Hozik brings a wealth of knowledge to H&L. Mr. Hozik began his career with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP. He has subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer and/or Divisional CEO to a number of both publicly traded and privately held Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area companies. Mr. Hozik has worked with numerous companies in the areas of capital raising, M&A, profit improvement and cost containment. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hozik has led or participated in the raising of more than $3 billion of private/public equity and debt and has also been the lead or participated in over 50 M&A transactions

Stuart Lawson - Mr. Lawson brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting to H&L, including 10 years with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP. He has served as CFO or Vice President – Finance to a number of publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of industries including high tech, energy, and professional services. He also has extensive experience working with companies in the resolution of complex accounting issues and has helped restructure or build back office infrastructure for companies ranging in size from start-ups to mature organizations. Mr. Lawson has also participated in numerous capital raising and M&A transactions.
